RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • 1.   All the products have one year warranty. The warranty starts from the date on invoice.
  • 2.   All defectives, mis-shipped merchandise may be returned with an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) issued by United Maxon Inc. and the RA # must be appeared on the outside of the shipping box. All returned packages without an RA # will be refused. United Maxon will cover shipping for both directions.
  • 3.   Refunds or credits for any returned FREE SHIPPING items will be deducted from the original order by the amount of our standard shipping charge for the item(s).
  • 4.   Customers are responsible for shipping costs of all returns/exchanges (due to customer’s errors) in both directions (between customer’s location and Untied Maxon Inc’s warehouse location).
  • 5.   No returns for any closeout or discontinued items.
